A great place, they food was amazing again. But just had a bit of a confined feeling. Overall, I'll come back again.

Excellent pricing. Cold interior, the restrooms were just as cold as it was outside on a December day. Polite and helpful staff. Menu very simple, just pick your protein or go straight veggie if you like. We did not try the sushi bar here. Meal comes with a small dinner salad with house dressing. Traditional hibachi grill place, dont expect anything "extra"... The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and we all cleaned our plates! I wish I could give 3.5 stars due to the fact that I would not want to return nor would I recommend due to zero ambiance and severe need for a modern refurbish job.

The hibachi was good, salad not so much, and the sushi was definitely not my favorite. The service was HORRIBLE. My husband and myself are celebrating our anniversary and would have liked to have more than one drink but it took 30 minutes to get our first one by the time we had our food I was just ready to leave.

Before I rate I typically read a lot of other reviews to see if people had the same experience and find that mine was a lot like others. Food was overcooked, bland and asked for medium and got well done. A bit overpriced as well

Went to take a friend as we had been on our last trip to Branson and loved it...not this time. We were rushed to order from the moment we walked in, then waited until more customers came in to be seated with us (we assume to save on cooks), then had to wait on those 5 people to order...cook was very quiet, except to repeat he was putting "coca cola" on the food...weird. 2 of us had water with our meal, the other had a mixed drink that was horrible. Bill was $128.91. We always opt to leave our tip on the table and pay for our meal with prepaid cards. Which we did and wrote "tip on table" on the ticket. However, when we tried to use our card shopping today it was declined. When I called to check transactions, Shogans charge was $148.25. We will not go back, very disappointing....

Service was sub par. You don't charge a gratuity because customers have a coupon. Give them a chance to tip you. Horrible policy.

The staff was attentive and hibachi chefs always put on a fun show. Good food portions.

I would give zero stars if possible. Staff is extremely unprofessional. Waited 57 minutes for a take out order. Watched three families dine in after our order was placed, their meals were prepared and eaten before we received our order. The staff laughed and played the entire time we waited. Finally received our order and the food portions were comical. The size of a kid’s meal. I definitely felt bigoted vibes. My skin complexion definitely felt like it played a part of my poor service if you know what I mean. Worst hibachi experience ever.

Very good food cooked right in front of you at your table. You choose your main dish, and they cook it right in front of you. In addition, your meal includes soup, salad and 2 shrimp.

The food was superb and the staff was delightful.

Love this place everytime I go to Branson I eat here.

Disappointed! They didn't pass warm clothes to wash your hands then the dressing was the exact same sauce that you were given with your fresh grilled vegetables & it tasted "off" Plus was given no ice cream @ the end. Disappointed in the taste & quality of the food. Much much better in Tulsa.

Loved the food. They accommodated our larger group of about 20 plus and got us seated fairly quickly.

Ordered steak and shrimp. Steak was to be cooked extra rare. Got mine cooked with everyone elses told cook cook several times. Was burnt and dried out. Wasnt impressed with any of the food. Be last time

I would not recommend this place or return. I played it safe and ordered a few shrimp tempura rolls and let's just say I would rather eat Sam's club sushi. It didnt taste fresh and the rice was kind of mushy. My girlfriend had the hibachi and after over 20 mins they served her and it was cold. She sent it back and when they brought it back 15min later the shrimp was bland and not seasoned. The entire meal and experience was not good. Our server was very nice but still will never come back.

The amount of food you get for the price is awful, and the food was cold. We heard another table say they didn't have a good experience. The couple right beside us sent their food back because it was cold as well.

Food was very good. Waitress was nice. Our chef,Reuben did a great job. And the hostess was super nice.

I really enjoyed it and it was my first time ever going to this restaurant. The waitress was not that attentive but then again, other than a drink refill, what did we really need anyway. The guy who came out and ran the grill and cooked in front of us was funny and tried to get everyone to be interested and interactive. He was really good at the grill. He also let each other try things so they would know what they liked. We had one kid with a food allergy and they accommodated him so we could all still order what we wanted as well. All in all it was a great experience but for the price is say it was a one time experience.

Excellent food. The sushi is the best I've had in the area.

It is one of my families favorite places to get together and eat! It's always so good and we always have a great time!

Delicious food in a fun atmosphere

Food and the service was good. As was pointed out to me during the "show" they are all nearly the same. It would be nice to see someone step out. I highly advise getting the earthquake roll. It was a good size sushi roll and frying the California roll was a great choice. When I go back to Branson I would go again.

We had a great hostess and chef. They give you lots of food for your money. I was beyond full and had plenty to bring home for later. This was my first visit here and I would definitely come back again the next time I'm in Branson.

Food was great ! The chef was awesome and the waitress was great too! A little bit of a wait to get in but totally worth it!

Staff were very nice. Gyoza appetizer was good. Soup I could have done without. The ginger salad was ok. Main course was very good. cooked to perfection. Of course all hibachi grills are on the pricey side, but it is worth the price.

This place is cool. There is a grill in front of you about the size of a twin mattress and the workers make your food in front of you! Not only is it fresh, it tastes amazing! Highly recommend if you're willing to pay an arm and a leg.

Horrible service, meat wasn't cooked. Didn't receive what was listed on our meals. Had to get up and get someone for everything not y ok mention their air never works so it's hot and sticky like the floors. Do not recommend this place.

The food is great but expect dinner to take a couple of hours. This is not a place to go to if you are in a hurry.

Great food. Good service. Cooks need to learn not to put raw shrimp, lobster or scallops next to raw chicken. Companion felt cheated with portions served with her chicken and shrimp, while he loaded everyone else down heavily with the same items.

The chef and food was phenomenal! His showmanship made my grandchildren smile with joy!

The sushi was really good and well prepared, but it took 25-35 minutes for our fried rice and noodles to get to the table?Salad, soup, and sushi all fast but not our entrees. Our waitress was nice and I felt bad she had to deal with the rest of the staff.

Food was decent. I've had better of this type of food place still worth the visit.

Everything was bland or just plain nasty. Hardly no seasoning on any of the food. For the price I was really hoping for something really good. So disappointed. :(

Food was good service was passable and the wait was too long. Bit it is off-season in Branson so some allowances could be made.In general, just average for the price.
